The Ministry of Local Government Administration (MAPL) has signed an agreement with 11 municipalities about the Performance Grant scheme worth over 8 million euros.

Rahoveci, Obiliqi, Skenderaj, Suhareka, Kaçaniku, Shtimja, Malisheva, Dragashi, Ranillugu, Partesh and Peja are the municipalities benefiting from this scheme.

The news about this was given by the Minister of Local Government Administration, Elbert Krasniqi, who said that the projects in the beneficiary municipalities are co-financed by MLGA, donors and municipalities in the amount of over 8 million euros.

"In the framework of this co-financing, projects have been planned for the regulation of the river bed, the cleaning of the river bed, the construction of sports fields, the regulation of public lighting and other projects aimed at improving the living conditions for citizens and increasing local economic development", writes Krasniqi on Facebook.
