The Office of the European Union in Kosovo and the Government of Kosovo announce the opening of applications to the Young Cell Scheme Round XI (YCS), the EU program for postgraduate scholarships for citizens of Kosovo, which is currently implemented by the Consortium of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece , and the National Institute of Public Service, France. Applications are open from Saturday 6 April 2024 to Tuesday 30 April 2024 at 17:00 CET.

Successful applicants will have the opportunity to follow a one- or two-year Master's program at universities in EU member states. The Scholarship Program operates primarily in English and will offer up to 30 full grants. This call is open to the general public as well as civil servants who have degrees in European integration, law, public administration, human resources, diplomacy and similar academic qualifications.

Representatives of non-majority communities and women are strongly encouraged to apply. Application forms, Rules of Procedure and complete set of supporting documents will be emailed to all interested applicants upon registration at the following website:
