The New Trade Union of KEK, the Independent Trade Union of Kosovo Administration and the Trepca Miners' Trade Union have expressed their concerns to the president of the Union of Independent Trade Unions of Kosovo (BSPK) regarding some decisions regarding employment. at the media conference, the leaders of these unions also mentioned two contracts that, according to them, are against the statute, for which they require regular procedures.

The Chairman of the Workers' Union of KEK, Selatin Sadiku, in this press conference, said that with the arrival of the Chairman of the BSPK Atdhe Hykolli, there have only been problems and "cheats", while according to Sadiku, there have been many problems on the E-Kosova platform. regarding membership fees.

"We have invited you to present our concerns regarding the BSPK confederation, from the arrival of Atdhe Hykoll, president of the BSPK, on October 2, 2021 until Friday, when an online Leadership Council was held on 19.04.2024. With the arrival of Atdhe Hykoll, the chairman of the BSPK, with a decision of the Government of Kosovo, we had to re-register the trade unions, the federations as well as the BSPK, with a reasonableness that there are federations that people do not represent anyone in the developments which were made after the war in Kosovo. We have also agreed with that, and we have done a 6-month, arduous and empty job. The second decision that was made with the arrival of Atdhe Hykoll is the E-Kosova platform, an online platform for union bans (financial instruments)....", said Sadik.

Sadiku further said that pensioners are also employed in BSPK, who, according to him, receive staggering salaries since the arrival of the president Hykolli in this institution. Sadiku also criticized another official employed by BSPK. Meanwhile, Ali Gashi, chairman of the Governing Council of the BSPK, called on the BSPK to follow the legal paths./A. Bird
