The official results of the State Election Commission from the first round of the presidential elections have been published. If we consider only the voting of the diaspora, the results also show a convincing lead of the candidate of VMRO-DPMNE, Gordana Siljanovska Davkova with 369 votes, while the candidate of the European Front, Bujar Osmani, was in the second position with 182 votes. Current President Stevo Pendarovski won 175 votes from the diaspora.

Out of 2569 voters, 158 voted for the candidate of the Left, Biljana Vankovska Cvetkovska, 66 gave their trust to Maksim Dimitrievski from Lévizja ZNAM, 37 voters voted for Arben Taravar and the last on the list is Stevco Jakimovski from GROM with 18 votes. Siljanovska-Davkova won ahead of other presidential candidates in Vienna, New York, Sofia, Venice, Bonn, Stockholm, Detroit, The Hague, Chicago, London, Ljubljana and Prague. Osmani won in Berlin, Munich and Toronto. Pendarovski, on the other hand, won in Beijing and Washington.

What is interesting about the voting in Ljubljana is that the "election battle" was fought between two female candidates. Here, Siljanovska Davkova won 52 votes and Vankovska 34. On election day, candidate Stevçe Jakimovski criticized voting in the diaspora, as he pointed out, it was a working day and citizens had a problem leaving work./Alsat-M/
