President Vjosa Osmani, in her statement after honoring the missing on the National Day of Missing Persons, said that with membership in the Council of Europe, the families of missing persons will have the opportunity to sue Serbia at the European Court of Human Rights. Man.

"After joining the Council of Europe, all families will have access to the European Court of Human Rights to sue Serbia for the violation of the right to life for their family members, for the violation of the right to human dignity and many other rights, which the family members have", said Osmani.

Then the president said that this is a cause of human rights and that it has nothing to do with politics.

"Membership in the Council of Europe will benefit all citizens, but mostly families who have been denied justice for 25 years," she said.
