The lack of fiscal policy stability continues to challenge businesses that want to invest in Albania. This is because in this country there is no stability of fiscal policies, as the government there constantly changes them. This is what the economic expert, Teuta Nunaj, says for KosovaPress, who emphasizes that this also damages the climate of doing business.
While talking about the relations between Kosovo and Albania, Nunaj says that both countries must work harder in order to develop economically in order to realize a unique economic market. While they called on the government to draft sustainable long-term policies, Nunaj says that this state has helped businesses in the distribution of profit.Speaking about the trade relations between Kosovo and Albania, Nunaj says that both countries must work and must work very hard to realize a unique economic market. While he emphasized that it was good news when they learned that Kosovo for the first time had Albania as the country that had the highest level of trade, discounting Serbia that was the country that had the highest level of exports, or Kosovo the highest level of imports from Serbia.
Nunaj says that the devaluation of the euro has harmed the companies due to the fact that their income is in euros and their conversion into lek was less, while he says that the government has drawn up a plan to help this sector. According to her, currently Albania is experiencing a stabilized economic situation. Nunaj says that inflation over the past year has led to a decrease in consumption, but adds that there is currently a stability of prices. Among other things, she says that for almost two years the government has undertaken an initiative to increase public sector salaries, to achieve an average salary of 900 euros, a policy that, according to her, aims to serve as an incentive for increasing salaries in the private sector. .
