Notaries of the country have given themselves a day off today, even though no official holiday is marked in the calendar of official holidays. Citizens of Pristina and other municipalities are looking for a notary office to stamp their documents, but even though Monday is a working day for notaries, the notary offices are closed, and even for calls, their phones are off.

Meanwhile, the citizens who were interviewed by KosovaPress have shown that they have searched in every notary office but that they are either not in the office or all the offices are closed.

A citizen from Prishtina emphasized that he called the notary offices to ask if they are open. She said that some of them have been excused because they are abroad, and some have not been notified.

Likewise, the citizen from the municipality of Skenderaj said that he traveled from Drenas to find a notary for his documents.

He said that in the city of Drenas all the notary offices were closed, that's why he came to look for one in Pristina.

Also, another citizen told KosovaPress that he is looking for a notary and that he needs to stamp his documents because he has to travel.

Meanwhile, among the many notary offices contacted by KosovaPress, they did not respond, while one of the notary offices who spoke to KosovaPress said that today is a day off and they will continue this day off in the coming holidays until today. Thursday.

Notary offices in the cities of Kosovo, some with notification and some not, have made Monday a holiday and are not open until Thursday, April 11.
