On March 22-23, 2024, the 11th edition of the "Movie Day" Film Festival was held in Romanshorn, Switzerland. Two categories of young filmmakers compete in this festival: Category A includes films by creators up to the age of 16, while category B includes films by directors up to the age of 25.
The announcement states that among the competitors in the category up to the age of 25 was the film "Lullaby" by Adrian Asllani.
During the awards ceremony, jury member Aaron Asteria stated: "The film 'Lullaby' has sparked a great debate within the jury, because it is a film that incorporates views from Goethe's ballad "Der Erlkönig" to Freud's approach for parent/child relationships. After many discussions, the jury, without hesitation, assessed that this is the best film".
It is worth mentioning that for the film "Lullaby" this is the fifth award it has received from seven festivals where it has been shown so far.
