Within the framework of regular meetings with the diaspora, the head of Kosovo's diplomacy Donika Gërvalla and the Minister of Agriculture Faton Peci met today with the Albanian community in Tongeren, Belgium.

Both ministers presented the commitment of Kosovar institutions in support of emigrants in the preservation, cultivation and development of linguistic, cultural and educational identity, as well as the strengthening of ties with Kosovo on the one hand, and the inclusion of the potential of different generations of emigrants in all spheres of economic, political and social development in our country.

Special emphasis was placed on the rule of law and the opening of the great investment opportunities that Kosovo offers, as well as the administrative reforms that are being made to facilitate diaspora investments in Kosovo.

The representatives of the Albanian community in Tongeren thanked Ministers Gërvalla and Peci for the visits and meetings with the Albanian diaspora, and the willingness to implement joint projects that strengthen our diaspora in the world, but also strengthen their ties with Kosovo.
