Ulvije Krasniqi confesses between emotions about the difficult life, with extremely serious illnesses and conditions. The income of the four-member family is insufficient to live on. They don't even have drinking water inside the house, which is why the lady of the house says that even on cold winter days they are forced to go out into the yard for daily needs. The family from Gjilan asks for help, because life in this house is getting harder every day.

The woman in her fifties has managed to memorize every corner of the house, even though she was born totally blind. The four members of the Krasniqi family are surviving on the pension of Ulvija and her father-in-law, Bajram.
