The Special Prosecutor's Office and the Kosovo Police announce that a person from the Serbian community with the initials J.Sh. has been detained today at the Bërnjak border point, suspected of having committed war crimes against the civilian population during 1998-1999 in the Municipality of Gjakova. The prosecution within the legal time limits will make a request for the appointment of the measure of detention against the same. By decision of the Special Prosecution, he was detained for 48 hours.
