The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj, by decision of the State Prosecutor, has detained a suspect for a period of 48 hours due to the suspicion of the criminal offense "Sexual assault" according to the KPRK.

In the announcement, it is said that there is a suspicion that the same person was in a love relationship with the minor victim for a year now, therefore, with these actions, it is suspected that he committed the criminal offense "Sexual assault" from article 229 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. .

"The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj, against the suspect Xh.I., within the legal deadline, will submit a request for the determination of the measure of detention in the competent Court", the communiqué states.
