The chairman of the Democratic Union for Integration, Ali Ahmeti, after exercising his right to vote, said that they have a historic chance to seal the Euro-American orientation.

"Today, in my Zajaz, I used the democratic right to vote to leave a mark of contribution in shaping the European future. With our vote, we have the historic chance to seal our Euro-American orientation once and for all, to say NO to Russia, YES to Europe", he wrote.

He invited the citizens to vote and use their right to vote for the victory of their European cause.

The citizens of North Macedonia today decide on their next president. These are the seventh presidential elections, while the possible second round is held together with the parliamentary elections on May 8.

There are also two Albanian candidates in the race, Bujar Osmani from the European Throne, which is led by DUI, and Arben Traravari from the VLEN coalition, which consists of the Albanian opposition party in North Macedonia.
