The Information and Privacy Agency announced today that it has confiscated illegal cameras in the Municipality of Shtërpce.

As it was announced by the agency, the cameras that were placed in violation of the legal criteria in the public spaces of the municipality.

"The Information and Privacy Agency, after the inspections carried out according to the inspection plan, in coordination with the Prosecutor's Office and the Police of the Republic of Kosovo, removed and confiscated Shtërpce today. As responsible for the protection of the personal data of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, the Agency handles all violations of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, in order to ensure the privacy of citizens in accordance with all laws and regulations in force.", it was announced in the communiqué.
