240 young people benefit from free information technology training

Minister of Finance Hekuran Murati, manager of the Fit for Jobs project, Tobias Seiberlich and director of the Employment Agency Jehona Rexha met today the beneficiaries of the voucher scheme for information technology training. Within this scheme, 240 young people have benefited from training vouchers in various fields of information technology from marketing, design to software and computer networks. On this occasion, Minister Murati reiterated the Government's support in building capacities for an easier transition from education to employment.

"On our part, to make your transition to the labor market easier, we have dedicated platforms and special measures, such as the superwork of Kosovo Generation Unlimited," he said. The manager of the Fit for Jobs project emphasized the successful cooperation between GIZ and the Ministry of Finance for the activation of young people in the labor market, while the director of the Employment Agency invited young people to register at the employment offices in their municipalities, which to benefit from the offers of this agency. In this meeting, young people had the opportunity to learn more about the measures offered by the Government of Kosovo from the APRK employment advisors.
