The Kosovo Pension Savings Fund (FKPK) is an independent institution, established in 2001, as a defined contribution pension fund, charged with the responsibility of managing and prudently investing the pension contributions of Kosovo's workers and employers, which originate from Law No. 04/L-101, amended and supplemented by Law No. 04/L-115, with Law No. 04\L-168, and Law No. 05/L-116 for pension funds in Kosovo. FKPK is governed by the Board of Directors. The members of the Management Board are appointed by the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.
