Demokratski Savez Kosova has invited the political parties to join the plenary session. This is after the failure of the parliamentary debate or the report of the American State Department. LDK MP Driton Seljmanaj said that the ruling party has no votes for the ratification of international agreements.

Predsednik Gljauk Konjufca said that the international agreement cannot be treated, because 80 representatives are needed to attend and vote.
