The Basic Prosecution Office in Prizren has filed an indictment against the Minister of Regional Development, Fikrim Damka, and his son with the initials FD (1992), due to the well-founded suspicion that each of them separately committed the criminal offenses of "Assault" and "Threat".

According to the indictment, the first defendant FD(1972), on 09.02.2025, at around 17:20, in Prizren, used physical force against the injured parties AM and MJ, due to a previous dispute between him and the injured party MJ, regarding the publication of some information and news on social networks, about the party "KDTP" and about the party leader - the defendant FD(1972).

"While the injured parties were standing in the neighborhood park with several other members of their party "YTHP", for a moment the defendant enters the park and approaches the injured party with force, and addresses her with threatening words, and then with both hands grabs the injured party by the shoulders and pushes her, where then the bystanders intervene and remove her from the park, then the defendant addresses the injured party MJ, with threatening words and immediately attacks her, hitting the injured party's body with his body and pushing the injured party's head with his head, in which case the injured party causes physical pain. With these actions, the same commits the criminal offense of "Assault" according to the Criminal Code. Also, the first defendant FD (1972), seriously threatens with words, the injured parties AM, and MJ, that he will deprive them of their lives, in which case the injured parties are caused fear, anxiety and uncertainty personal. With these actions, the same commits the criminal offense of “Threat” according to the Criminal Code of Kosovo. Whereas, the second defendant FD (1992), on 09.02.2025, at around 17:20, in Prizren, uses physical force against the injured party MJ, in such a way that due to the circumstances mentioned above, he attacks the same by pushing him with his hands from the injured party's chest, in which case he causes physical pain to the injured party. With these actions, the same commits the criminal offense of “Assault” according to the Criminal Code of Kosovo. Also, the second defendant FD (1992), seriously threatens the injured party MJ with words, that he will cause him some harm, with the aim of intimidating and causing anxiety, in such a way that, after attacking the injured party, he addresses him with threatening words, in which case he causes fear, anxiety and uncertainty for his life to the injured party. "With these actions, the same person committed the criminal offense of "Threat" according to the Criminal Code of Kosovo," the announcement states, KosovaPress reports.

 The prosecutor in the case, upon filing the indictment, proposed to the court that after holding the judicial hearing, administering the evidence and evaluating it, the aforementioned defendants be found guilty of the criminal offenses for which they are accused and sentenced according to the law.
