"The defendant Kolė Puka is accused of committing the offense “abuse of official position or authority” under Article 339 Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 3 in cooperation with Avdullah Robaj, under Article 23 of CCK, connected with the offense of unlawful issuance of judicial decisions under Article 346 of the Criminal Code of Kosovo ", is said in the statement the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo.
But according to it, another defendant, Avdullah Robaj is accused of committing the offense “Abuse of official position or authority” under Article 339 Paragraph 1 realted to Paragraph 3 in cooperation with Kolė Puka under Article 23 of CCK, connected to “abuse of trust” offense under Article 269 paragraph 1 related to paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code.
"By conducting offense, defendants are charged that have received more than 71 000.00 euro, damaging four persons," was said in the statement.
The indictment was filed by a local prosecutor of the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo.
