In the report of Practice of Human Rights for 2011" which was published on Thursday, is said that Serb extremists have used "violence and intimidation" against local opposition and international security forces, which have resulted in death.
The report also highlights discrimination against ethnic minorities and other minorities and persons with disabilities, and it mentions the family violence, as well.
In other concerns in the field of human rights, are also included the charges for prisoners abuse, inefficiency of the judiciary, media intimidation by public officials, government corruption and human trafficking - although, as stated in the report, the Government undertook steps to prosecute and punish officials who committed abuses.
The report emphasizes that the general elections held in December 2010, achieved more international standards, but "serious irregularities and electoral fraud" in some areas, have also raised concerns.
