The co-organizer of the protest, the publicist Nexhmedin Spahiu said that the goal of the protest was to fight terrorism and to support the citizens, moral support at least, for all citizens of Kosova who are victims of terrorism.
“Terrorism is unacceptable for our society and we should prevent it. The goal of the protest was to prevent other possible acts in order not to justify terrorism as a method. Thus, the reply of citizens of this issue makes sense. We do not want to give other character to the protest, except this one, to fight terrorism as a method and to support the citizens who are victims of terrorism, and this protest is a support for all those who are disappointed with the lack of actions of respective mechanisms for protection and security,” Spahiu said.
Although there was a small number of protesters, however Spahiu expressed satisfied, adding that the number of participants in the protest shows the level of awareness of the citizens.
