Donika Kadaj-Bujupi from AAK mentioned the last two cases, when, through the media show, the citizens of Kosova are extradited and persecuted in brutal way and when the Government does not express interest to say something about their return to Kosova, because Kosova is sovereign and independent state and it has its own justice institutions.
“Secondly, we ask publicly the minister of Justice: What is the institution doing, which is established to reach results and justice for victims in Kosova, as in the marking of anniversaries, in addition to pain and trauma, they continue carrying the burden of anxiety on not sentencing the Serb criminals who massacred our people,” Kadaj-Bujupi said.
According to AAK, reconciliation and coexistence can be achieved when the victims will be rehabilitated, by sentencing those who have committed crimes and massacres in Kosova.
