Medain Hashani, the LDK advisor, continued to stay in session, saying he represents different opinion and that it shows the democratic stance of the LDK. He said that as an economist will represent the interests of citizens when topics such as budget frameworks are discussed.
After this situation, the Assembly has continued its work, where the newly elected head, Xhavit Zariqi, has said he will continue to work with the same constructive way as his predecessor, now Mayor of Ferizaj Agim Aliu.
The session continued its work reviewing the Medium Term Budget 2013-2015, where the Mayor of Ferizaj, Agim Aliu, in his speech, said that Medium Term Budgetary Framework is a strategic document which should provide a detailed analysis of municipal expenditures, setting the main parameters and priorities for developing the annual budget process.
"The Medium Term Budget Framework 2013/15 contains the priorities in economic development, education, culture, health, social welfare and public services," said Mayor Aliu.
A unique aspect of the framework consists of budget revenues, where it is obviously seen that also during these years the municipal budget will be funded by government grant and own revenues, while this budget, which according to the limits is initial for year 2013, will reach the amount of 20,750,262 euro, where the participation of government grant will be 82.53% and own revenues17:47%.
The Medium Term Budget Framework, as a strategic document, has raised debate in assembly. Sahit Krasniqi from LDD said that with the frame is noticed a small budget increase of 4.66%, while has required that grant for health should be higher than 1.5% as it foreseen by frame, to be more funds for social homes, the continuity of investments to be ensured in accordance with decisions of the assembly.
