“He has my support, the support of PDK, the support of most of citizens and every project that is presented by Agim Aliu is my project as well, to work for the good of entire Kosova and citizens of Ferizaj,” Thaçi said. He emphasized that Aliu has always served to Ferizaj, he comes from a patriotic family, member of KLA, co-founder of PDK, excellent leader in the democratic transition, young and respected intellectual, proven counselor by being for long time official of municipality of Ferizaj, and evaluated the candidature of Aliu as the right one from PDK branch.
The candidate of PDK, Agim Aliu held a speech as well. He said that the vision for European Ferizaj, which was initiated by Bajrush Xhemajli, whose mandate was ceased for known reasons, will continue, by continuing with the development of the city and improvement of citizens’ welfare. He mentioned three main pillars of development and changes in Ferizaj.
“Three main pillars are based on economic development by functionalizing the business zones, advancement of urban structure through construction of new roads, including the completion of basic circle of underground structure and the third pillar, education of youth through construction of new schools and increase of capacities of existing schools,” Aliu said.
