The police units of the police station in Podujeva have arrested last night around 21:30 three suspects for the criminal offense of attack on official.

The case has happened in the street “Bahri Fazliu” in Podujeva, at the time when the suspects with their car by not respecting the traffic signs, have driven the car in one way street in the wrong direction.
On this occasion, they have hit a car that was moving in the same street according to the traffic signs and it was driven by the official, who despite of identifying himself as official, the suspects have attacked him physically.
Moreover, the police has gone at the scene, has identified and arrested the suspects.
The suspects B. Jashari (32 years old), B. Jashari (20 years old) and A. babatinca (20 years old) were set in 48 hours detention, after having received the authorization from the public prosecutor, and the investigators are undertaking all required actions in order to investigate the circumstances of the case, before handing over the case to respective Court.
