The spokesperson for UCCK, Shpend Fazliu confirmed to Kosovapress that all clinics, institutes and services of UCCK have the new directors.
“Following the repeat of interview of candidates for 14 clinics and institutes, the commission has published the list of selected persons for directors of clinics and institutes,” Fazliu said.
According to him, the commission was independent on its decisions and there was no influence from outside.
Regarding the non-implementation of recommendations of Independent Council for Civil Servants, Fazliu said that the competition was announced based on the Law on labor, and not based on Law on Civil Servants, thus UCCK is not obliged to implement such decisions.
“We have said several times that UCCK has announced the competition based on Law on labor and the directors of clinics are public servants, thus this Council has no competence to deal with public servants,” Fazliu said.
