Another four kilometers of highway

In this occasion Prime Minister Hashim Thaçi said that this is a special day, because according to him, Kosovo is building its infrastructure, and thus is facilitating the path towards Euro-Atlantic integration.

He added that when this project started, it was just a dream of every one of us and now it is becoming reality in the state of Kosovo.

"This is being done thanks to the work of Kosovo institutions and the Government will perform all obligations for full completion of the highway and in anticipated date," was pledged the head of the executive.

He has expressed his belief that the entire project from Vermica to Pristina-Peja highway will be completed in autumn of this year, and 60 kilometers of highway will be completed one day before the celebration of 100 anniversary of Albania Independence.

Head of government was pledged that next year will start also the next important project, that of Pristina –Hani i Elezit highway.

Also the Minister Fehmi Mujota said that this is an important day, after being released into circulation four kilometers of "Ibrahim Rugova" national highway. He confirmed that this year the 60 kilometers of highway will be completed. According to him, until the autumn is expected the segment to Orllat to be completed.

It is intensively being worked on 5th segment. The plan is fully being implemented as it was planned. And now when we are releasing into circulation these four kilometers, we can confirm that the 60th kilometer is completely reachable by the end of this year. With these four new kilometers now we have 42 kilometers in total of highway in circulation, "said Mujota.
