The memorandum defines the way of cooperation between AAIIC and Prishtina International Airport “Adem Jashari”, aiming the constant assurance of civil aviation safety and adequate investigation of accidents and incidents in Civil Aviation in Kosova.
On the occasion of the signing of memorandum between the sides, respectively the chief executive of Prishtina International Airport, Bahri Nuredini and the head of AAIIC, Kreshnik Gashi, the memorandum was considered as very important and in accordance with the Law on Civil Aviation, Convention on International Civil Aviation, Agreement on the Establishment of Joint European Aviation Space and EU acquis communuitare principles, which are applied for the safety of civil aviation in Kosova.
This memorandum of cooperation aims to increase the cooperation between PIA “Adem Jashari” and AAIIC, in frame of the competences defined by law, which present mutual interest.
With this memorandum, the PIA “Adem Jashari” proves the commitment of the management for increase of safety in civil aviation and to offer quality services in order to keep the trust of public on the civil aviation safety.
