The Government of Kosova informed through a press release, regarding the motion that was voted in Parliament, that it is committed toward recommendations, which derive from the legislative.

“Regarding the recommendation of the Parliament, the Government of Republic of Kosova will review the possibilities and alternatives to respect them, by respecting the legal frameworks and Kosova’s integration process in European Union. The Government of Republic of Kosova has always been determined for Kosova to be treated equally as all other countries, as well in relations with Serbia, as two independent and sovereign states, and the undertaken measures have always been focused in fulfilling this goal,” reads the press release.
Moreover, the Government of Kosova emphasized its commitment and readiness to maintain peace and stability in the region, especially for normalization and improvement of relations with Serbia and other neighboring countries.
“We will continue respecting a correct approach in the dialogue, as well with the path to EU and NATO. Every step of Kosova’s Government aims the path to European integration, to maintain good and productive relations in all fields, including the free trade. Therefore, we understand the recent recommendation of the Parliament of Republic of Kosova as an approach for equal treatment in rapport with every country, including Serbia, for which we have been and remain engaged,” reads the press release.
