The Kosova Customs informed that recent information received from customs officials at the border crossing point Dheu i Bardhe show that the customs officers of Serbia are not allowing the export of Kosovas products to Serbia.
The spokesperson for Kosova Customs, Adriatik Stavileci informed that the trucks will goods produced in Kosova, which were allowed last night to enter the territory of Republic of Serbia and were sent to Presheva customs terminal, today were returned to the border with Kosova.
They have requested documents of parallel tax institutions of republic of Serbia in Kosova, as, according to Serb officials, the documents issued by Kosovas institutions are unacceptable, Stavileci said.
According to him, the documents of the exporting side of Kosova was prepared in accordance with standard documents that are used in the case of export, as well in accordance with rules foreseen by CEFTA agreement.
The exporters from Kosova have regulated the documents as well based on agreement for recognition of customs stamp, which was reached on 2 September 2011 in Brussels.
