The directorate for investigation of narcotics trafficking (DINT) in two separate operations in Prizren region and in Peja has arrested three persons on suspicion for having committed offence of buying, possessing and selling narcotics.
Yesterday DINT has realized the order of District Court in Mitrovica and searched a house in Mitrovica, where it seized over 24kg of marijuana. In this location were arrested two suspects, a citizen of Republic of Kosova and a citizen of Albania.
Whereas, today in Peja region was searched a private house and there were seized 959gr of marijuana, a small amount of cocaine, a gun and 90 bullets.
In these two operations were arrested K. Sh. (1984) citizen of Kosova, E. H. (1985) citizen of Kosova and E. B. (1973) citizen of Albania.
At the authorization of the district public prosecutor, the measure of 48 hours police detention was set to suspects.
